Steps of Enrollment for K-5 thru 12th Grade

 

_____ 1.  ADMISSIONS PACKET;  Includes: Brochure, Application, Fact Sheet, Tuition & Fees with Steps of Enrollment, Enrollment form, Class schedule with curriculum overview, yearly calendar of events, supply list, Rose uniform sheet and scholarship information

 

_____ 2.  VISIT : Call 520-5297 to schedule a tour with the Admissions Director.

 

_____ 3.  HANDBOOK:  Families are issued a handbook outlining the schools rules when they tour.  These important regulations are reviewed with Parents and Students at an Enrollment appointment with the Administrator.  Both Parents and Students will sign an agreement to abide by these rules at the Enrollment appointment.

 

_____ 4. APPLICATION FEE / RECORDS / PAPERWORK:  Students in good standing with their attending school are free to submit an application along with current school report card and SOL or yearly standardized testing.  These reports and Evangel’s test scores will be evaluated by both Administrator and Department Coordinators’ to determine placement and acceptance.  Testing can be scheduled when you tour.

 

_____ 5.  CONTRACT: Families interested in enrolling will turn in an Enrollment form to the Admissions Director.  A contract will be drafted that can be mailed, faxed or picked up for review – before an enrollment appointment.

 

_____ 6.  ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT: After we have contacted you with the Coordinators’ evaluation and grade placement recommendation, you will need to schedule an enrollment appointment.  All paperwork and fees will have to be complete for this appointment.

 

ALL RESPONSIBLE PARTIES MUST ATTEND (both parents/all guardians)

_____ 7.  Non-refundable application fee of $50.00 for all new enrolling students.
