Steps of Enrollment for K-5 thru 12^th Grade

_____ 1. ENROLLMENT PACKET ; This take-home packet includes the following forms: application, enrollment, field trip permission, private music lessons, request for records along with PTO information, calendar of events, and supply list.

_____ 2. VISIT : Call 520-5297 to speak to our Director of Admissions to schedule a visit.

_____ 3. APPLICATION FEE: As long as your child is in good standing at the previous school and the application and fee are submitted we will begin the application process. This Fee covers screening and testing, which should be scheduled at the initial visit.

_____ 4. HANDBOOK : We will give you a handbook which must be read by parents before signing the contract.

_____ 5. CONTRACT : We will fill out a contract for you to be mailed or taken.

_____ 6. **ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT** : After we have contacted you with the teacher’s evaluation and grade placement recommendation, you will need to schedule an enrollment appointment, at which time all below listings are due.

_____ 7. Non-refundable application fee of $50.00 for all new enrolling students.
