1st—12th Grade

Evangel Christian School utilizes the accelerated and traditional curriculums  of ABeka, Bob Jones, and Saxon math. All Kindergarten through 12th grade teachers are well qualified and committed to their ministry of Christian education. A relatively low student-to-teacher ratio is maintained. On annual standardized test results, our students typically score well above the national average for their grade level. Students requiring tutoring may receive resource help, which is available during school hours, for an extra charge. Others may prefer to receive summer tutoring.

Evangel High School, a college preparatory institute, elective offerings  include Dual Enrollment classes at John Tyler and Richard Bland College, physics, speech, journalism, music, Spanish, and vocational courses. Advanced Placement (English and History) may be offered to qualifying high school students who comply with the requirements at an institution of higher education.

Evangel Christian School students benefit from a wealth of extra-curricular activities with clubs, drama, choir, computers, field trips, regional academic competitions and a wide range of sports for boys and girls.
