Steps of Enrollment for K-3 and K-4

 

_____  1.  ENROLLMENT PACKET : This take-home packet includes the enrollment form, a calendar of events, a   supply list , PTO information, a field trip permission form, and lunch information.

 

_____  2.  VISIT : Call 520-5297 to speak to our Director of Admissions to schedule a visit.

 

_____  3.  HANDBOOK : We will give you a handbook which must be read by parents before signing the contract.

 

_____  4.  CONTRACT : We will fill out a contract for you to be mailed or taken home.

 

_____  5.  **ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT** : After we have contacted you with the teacher’s evaluation and grade placement recommendation, you will need to schedule an enrollment appointment.  Your child could begin school the same day.

 

ALL RESPONSIBLE PARTIES MUST ATTEND (both parents/all guardians)

 

_____  6.  Non-refundable annual enrollment fee of $136.00 per student.

 

_____  7.  Two weeks tuition payment

 

_____  8.  Deposit (one week)

_____14.  Child’s most recent physical exam   If your child has not had a physical in the past 6 months, please schedule one and bring appointment card to the enrollment appointment.

 

_____15.  Field Trip permission form, signed (K-4 only)
