Students at
Evangel are assured that they are special creations of God. Christian
charity and living by Biblical moral standards are stressed daily. Our
low student to teacher ratio allows every child to
experience the love of Christ through personal attention from their
teachers.
 Here at Evangel we have an academic
preschool. Our curriculum includes ABC's (phonics sounds and writing),
reading (K-4), numbers (concepts and writing) , Bible , science, health,
manners,
safety,
and more.
Curriculum time is in the early part of
the day followed by a number of activities or puzzles. There is a
daily "nap time". During recess time the children have the opportunity
to play in our child friendly playground or gym.
 Weekly highlights include chapel, music
class, Spanish class, and the Tumble Bus (optional). Holidays are
special times with planned parties
and activities. Our preschoolers are the "stars of the
show" during our Christmas and Spring programs. They are encouraged to
participate
 in
our all-school Science Fair. Our annual Thanksgiving Feast and
Grandparents' Day are favorites of the children.
There are optional schedules available
for preschoolers at Evangel , with hours available from 7a.m. through
6p.m. five days a week.
