Steps of Enrollment for K-3 and K-4

______ 1. ADMISSIONS PACKET includes: Fact sheet, Tuition & Fees sheet with Steps for Enrollment, a class schedule with curriculum overview, a yearly calendar of events, lunch information, field trip and summer camp sheets.

______ 2. VISIT: Call 520-5297 to schedule a tour with the Admissions Director. The best time to tour the Preschool is from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m.

______ 3. HANDBOOK : Families are issued a handbook outlining school rules when they tour. These important regulations are reviewed at the enrollment appointment with the Administrator before signing a contract.

______ 4. PAPERWORK : All enrolling families meet with the Director of Admissions to complete all paperwork,

pay all fees and receive a contract.

______ 5. CONTRACT: Families interested in enrolling will turn in an Enrollment form to the Director of Admissions. A contract will be drafted that can be mailed, faxed or picked up for review before an Enrollment appointment.

______ 6. ENROLLMENT APPOINTMENT: After all paperwork is complete and submitted to the Dir. of Admissions and all fees are paid, the Administrator meets with each family to become acquainted. Together they review the Conditions of Enrollment, the responsibilities and agreement of the contract.
